mirror mirror

:mirror mirror:

needed on the wall..........

We needed a mirror for above our shoe cabinet just to finish it off..
I found the perfect one for $10 at the op shop.  It was priced at $19 but had some serious damage so I asked  if that was the correct price and it turns out they marked it down (always pays to ask)

Ewan found this stuff at Bunnings

and man is it good.  You can mould it to any shape and it sets like concrete.

Once it's set you just sand it smooth and paint.

Gotta love these little painters pyramids.

I sprayed it with Rustoleum Oil Rubbed Bronze

  1. OMG, you did great with that mirror. So impressed that you were able to fix it. The space looks finished with the mirror in place. I found you through a Bowl Full of Lemons.

  3. That mirror turned out beautifully. The 'half dresser' on the wall is intriguing!
