Here is Day 1
I have been baking A LOT of these lately
Using one of my favourite books artisan bread in 5 minutes a day, we have been enjoying yummy cheese and bacon, cheese and vegemite and bacon cheese and mushroom rolls for lunch.
I just use the Master Recipe (boule)
Roll into small rolls
Roll flat with a rolling pin.
Add your favourite toppings
I leave the rolls on the baking paper and slide them onto a pizza stone (already hot in the oven) and bake.
I bake them for about 15-20 mins on 230’C
All that is left to do is EAT!
I LOVE making recipes from that book. I also follow Zoe's blog. I want to try her recipes for making homemade yogurt and rugalas.
