Using one of my favourite books artisan bread in 5 minutes a daywe have been enjoying yummy cheese and bacon, cheese and vegemite and bacon cheese and mushroom rolls for lunch.
I just use the Master Recipe (boule)
Roll into small rolls

Roll flat with a rolling pin.

I leave the rolls on the baking paper and slide them onto a pizza stone (already hot in the oven) and bake.
I bake them for about 15-20 mins on 230’C
All that is left to do is EAT!
